These are the official Terms of Service for CriminalDataOnline.com. These terms outline our official business practices. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them. They are legally binding. By using our site and/or ordering a crime record report, it indicates to us that you have read and understood all of the terms outlined here. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact us for clarification before placing your order.

Service Fees

Offer Details:

1) Receive a single report for $1.00. This is a one-time fee, for a single report. Our customer service phone is 1-877-292-6322.

2) Our Optional Volume Discount Package: You will received unlimited reports for 3 months at of a cost of only $28.95/month. You can cancel this package at anytime by calling 1-877-292-6322 or use our 24x7 online customer support.
If we are unable to address your questions or if you remain dissatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to close your account and refund your last transaction within 90 days of the billing date of that transaction. You can expect the refund back to your original card within three to five business days.

Cancellation
You may cancel your Account at any time by contacting us at support@criminaldataonline.com. Access to your Account shall be suspended and your Account cancelled within seven (7) business days of our receipt of your notice of termination.

Refunds
Refund requests for cancelled Accounts may be made at any time by contacting us at support@criminaldataonline.com. Once our support receives your request they will be able to immediately provide a refund to the user back to there original card within 90 days of purchase.

We are a search service
We do not generate the information in our reports, because they are provided to us by various other agencies. In that sense, we are a third-party search service and not an information provider. We cannot be responsible for whether or not the information you find during a search is accurate.

Intellectual property
All of the images, text and code on our site are our intellectual property and protected by various international laws. You can use our site only for your private informational purposes. You may not use it for any commercial reasons. You may not attempt to replicate our site.

Liability limitations
We will not be held responsible for any real or imagined damages resulting from the use of our site and/or our reports. Our reports are provided on an as-is basis, and you use the information in our reports at your own risk.

Email and phone numbers
As per the terms of our privacy policy, when you purchase a report you give us the right to communicate with you via email and text with special offers and promotions, and for our third-party marketing partners to do the same.

Dispute resolution
Should there be a dispute between you and our company, you agree to have it settled through binding arbitration. Should your complaint be deemed to have merit, we will pay the cost of arbitration. Should your complaint be deemed without merit, you agree to pay the arbitration fees.
